Overview

This vessel can be used in offshore water areas. It is designed to convey the landing force from the sea to the shore during an amphibious assault, while remaining at a reasonable size for extensive use in day-to-day operations, like patrol ships. The propulsion system consists of twin high-speed marine diesel engines and twin surface-piercing propellers. The hull and superstructure are constructed of all-welded steel in accordance with approved codes.

The design adopts a deep V, variable angle, multi-stepped hull that enables the vessel to achieve higher speeds and excellent performance. It improves rapidity and stability in high sea conditions. Higher seakeeping performance and better maneuverability make it an ideal stable combat platform.

Arrangement

The vessel is divided by three bulkheads into four watertight subdivisions: the forepeak, the inner passage (including bathrooms and crew cabins), the passenger cabin, and the engine room. The inner passage connects the passenger cabin to the bow ramp. On the main deck, there is a wheelhouse that is partially recessed into the deck, which leaves enough space on deck to ensure the specifications can be modified by operators.
